Insight Clinical Practice

Practical skills for real change.

Our mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, substance use, and more. We deliver practical, targeted, culturally-responsive care that helps clients build skills, solve problems, and create meaningful change.

Therapy Services

We provide both individual and group therapy sessions to help manage anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, substance use issues and more.

Services are offered in person at our office located in Richmond IN, but up to 50% of sessions may be conducted via telehealth for appropriate clients. Should your care require more specialized clinical expertise than our practice provides, we are dedicated to helping you find an appropriate external provider.
